On a ski holiday. 4 days in. Lessons and then afternoons free. Had lessons before we left. Feel like I am just about tolerating it. First holiday.

Everyone you talk to seems to be passionate about it.

Thought I was a skier, but after trip to dolomites, I realised I didn't like going down icy, difficult slopes. Skiing started to feel like a chore. Watching ski instructors Skiing so well, convinced me that I should stop skiing. Happy to not ski anymore. Going to try cross country skiing because of the appeal of being in natural environment

On skiing holidays day 5. I didn't want to ski I had 18 years break but on hols with daughter. She persisted I need to do it with her. I have bought her 1-1 lessons and decided to join but only small hill for beginners, and I still can do it! Completely shocked and to be fair I do Enjoy a little bit is not a big massive hill only steady and safe with lots of helpful staff.
