Best salty expressions you have picked up from mn? My personal favourite has to be

cuntbubble (picked up from Greensleeves, I think).

DH always knows when I've been lurking on mumsnet as I greet him with some fresh insult.

For those who say that swearing is evidence of a limited vocabulary and a lack of imagination, I give you: cocksniffer (bruxeur?). Nick Duerden seemed to take a fancy to that one too.

twunt

giddykipper · 20/05/2009 21:12

Although not particularly salty

poguemahone · 20/05/2009 21:13

Kippers are quite salty, though.

Not so much expressions but I have a sneaking love of "Chavsda" (Adsa) and Twatrose (Waitrose)

Was on a long car journey with my dad and exclaimed "Oh look a Twatrose lorry" Forgetting was in car with Dad who never uses profanity cue from me.Oh Mumsnet you do get me into trouble.I inwardly giggle when I see a Greggs,or an Eddie Stobart lorry.

poguemahone · 20/05/2009 21:18

Sounds familiar, wrinklytum. When will I be grown-up enough to swear in front of my parents?

This must be my release valve.

Fanjo.

Cocklodger

Portofino · 20/05/2009 21:22

Twunt and Cocklodger are both great. Though I have a particular fondness for Kerrymum's recent outburst of "cuntbucket" which i feel has many uses regarding frequent belgian road users....

Sorry for hijack, what's the Eddie Stobart thing Wrinklytum? Am fairly new here so I don't get all the jokes but would love to know as my twatty much-loved FIL is a member of the fan club and is obsessed with them.

BTW- love cuntbubble and cocksniffer

poguemahone · 20/05/2009 21:25

Oh Portofino, that just makes me think about my poor post-dcs fanjo.

Bleatblurt · 20/05/2009 21:30

No, no you mustn't use cuntbucket. I used bucketfanny the other day and was basically called a woman hater.

Though if I'd heard cuntbucket before I'd have used that instead.

wrinklytum · 20/05/2009 21:30

Someone did a really funny thread about naming your female child after the first Eddie Stobart lorry you saw on the motorway,to avoid stress of babynames thread.Much Eddie Stobart spotting ensued.(As all the cabs have girly names)It wasn't owt to do with swearing but it was just one of those Mumsnetty things that make you laugh.Sadly I cannot link as didn't save it.Dunno if it is in Mumsnet classics. It just made me laugh.

whomovedmychocolate · 20/05/2009 21:31

Foof! I'm sorry but I love that word Foof! Foof! Foof! Foof! Foof!

DD now calls her fanjo her foof because I said it outloud while reading it here and it stuck

Meglet · 20/05/2009 21:32

Someone once used the phrase "it makes my piss boil". I haven't actually said it in rl yet, but I think it on an hourly basis .

mascaraohara · 20/05/2009 21:32

I like cocklodger but I have to say twunt has become part of my everyday verbal vocab

Tidey · 20/05/2009 21:33

I've never had occasion to use it, but someone used the word 'poovenirs' on a bumsex thread a couple of weeks ago and it struck me as very very funny

I do say fanjo though.

PatTheHammer · 20/05/2009 21:33

Eeeek, as FIL is member of club he has got one of the cabs named after DD when she was born, it has just come on the road...............my god, does this now make me a chav by default?? I have to say in my defence it was not my idea .

Fucksticks is great!

poguemahone · 20/05/2009 21:34

Foof is a lovely word. DD uses 'china for hers (courtesy of mn, natch)
