If you (still) feel the need to discuss Moldies, please do it here so folks can hide this if they want to.

Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

Thanks,
MNHQ

I've made sure to make only non-specific claims about my talents .

BTW, it's " link_text " (swap " for '). All a bit annoying if you're trying to write complete sentences (not that it's generally an issue for me).

NorthernLurker · 29/12/2008 22:42

Are Hankies needed to be accepted by the wankies - and do you have to say thankies everytime you post?

Bumperslucious · 29/12/2008 22:43

Do you know, I'm more confused by you lot now than when we were all arguing with each other over who said what!

StealthPoHoHoHo · 29/12/2008 22:43

Off to bed, snuggle up with my blankie,
nightie

SwedesInADirtyMacAndSunglasses · 29/12/2008 22:43

Iorek - Are bought essays from www.ShiteEssaysRUsForATenner.com not only acceptable but encouraged?

I don't expect he can code your bills rev - that will be the problem.

Nightie, nightie Spb - be sure to wash your blanky tomorrow so it isn't manky or though I'm sure it's rather skany of me to even suggest that.

IorekByrnison · 29/12/2008 22:49

Yes of course, swedes. You're in. But remember: the first rule of MWankies is you do not talk about MWankies.

BumpermightsuetheSindie · 29/12/2008 22:49

How's this rev my lovely?

(Your DH sounds a bit of a dish btw! Mine just sighs whenever I mention mumsnet. Until he wants the answer to a question )

NorthernLurker · 29/12/2008 22:50

'although it's rather skanky' that should be

Wienstein does a good line in traffic management and stuff IIRC?

lovecat · 29/12/2008 22:55

Iorek, can I get DH to write my essay? He's got a degree in arguing philosophy and could probably name all beards going. But then he'd want to bang on about superegos and epistomology (don't ask me what it means)for hours on end and I might start crying...

winestein · 29/12/2008 22:56

A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.

Am I in, or wot?

Feck... am usually ok with the use of apostrophe'ses's'. I mean, only the other day did I buy a kilo of brussel's sprout's for goodness' sake.

However, I am a Wanker. I am in that one, too?

[another of my heroines remembers me. Am shining with light and fuzzies ]

winestein · 29/12/2008 22:57

Ahhhh.. Doodle!

Threadworm · 29/12/2008 22:58

Can you be in both spin-off boards -- i.e. a mouldy wanker (like the syphilitic Nietzsche)?

SwedesInADirtyMacAndSunglasses · 29/12/2008 23:00

Get him to write an essay on superegos and episiotomies.

SwedesInADirtyMacAndSunglasses · 29/12/2008 23:01

LOL at Threadworm

NorthernLurker · 29/12/2008 23:02

Oh don't bring up episiotomies! It's a sore subject round here you know!

Now who's for a large and strangely steaming tinned sausage?

IorekByrnison · 29/12/2008 23:03

Hurrah! lol at you all. You're all in.

Hello Threadworm - you are looking very svelte. Or sounding very RP.

BoccaDellaVerita · 29/12/2008 23:04

IorekByrnison - As the first essay on the nature of relations on the internet, may I nominate this one by the Rev (which seems even more apposite now than when it was first written)? A quick scan reveals no mention of Bentham or Nietzsche (nor of facial hair) but there is St Anselm.

winestein · 29/12/2008 23:05

Lol Thread...

Threadworm · 29/12/2008 23:05

Yes, I've had some work done on my rr's

ruty · 29/12/2008 23:05

i cooked for nine today, played charades and gave my nephews and nieces great wads of cash in envelopes [well a tenner each, i'm a bit behind on all this wii games stuff] I come back for a quick check up tonight and find myself completely out of the loop. It is like coming into an episode of Lost three quarters of the way through. And Mr Just About is the weird invisible polar bear thingy.
