I didn’t get chance to post on the subscription thread but share a lot of concerns raised both there and on the related FWR thread re a subscription. Please post here if you would rather make an anonymous donation to MN than subscribe. You don’t need to put your reason.

Countess it is if you don’t give them your name and use an anonymous email, which lots of us have did after the data breaches.

I am happy to donate but not subscribe.

The ads don't bother me and I have no interest in the editing function.

Of course this is anonymous. I use a one off email for MN which isn't used for anything else and a fake name.

I’d rather donate. Have had a lot of entertainment from Mumsnet for free over the years, and very willing to make a donation in the spirit of that - don’t really want a two tier usage system where only some can edit, or to give them more details which might get leaked....

Was ready to do a few months sub, but then read about the data leak stuff, and also saw it said fewer ads not no ads, which wouldn’t feel so worth it.

I would consider donating if they scrapped the idea of a two-teir system and provided way more features like the new sight that shall not be named

Yep. Not interested in special features. Want to support because it's rare to have such a female dominated environment. But the risk of doxxing is too great for me.

A two-tier system is “not in the spirit” imo.

Some women are in desperate situations, skint or even homeless ... the two-tier system means those women, women who need support the most .. have the “inferior” version
