Teee Hee! They sound like a p* take of themselves, don't they...but that is EXACTLY the clientele I see talking loudly in the queue insisting on tasting every 40p worth of cheese they buy in my Mum's local shop!
(do like some of their kids stuff, though, but haven't got around to buying it)

applepie · 07/10/2003 22:39

there's an online sale on now for those who aren't offended by their stuff

motherinferior · 08/10/2003 09:08

My problem is that even though I am absolutely the sort of person Johnnie Boden disapproves of - lefty working mum - he does fab cardies for those of us who rely on the cardigan/jeans option day in and day out.

Sales are good too. Am currently trying to work out whether I should blow some Boden tokens now or wait to see if the cashmere top I'm eyeing up gets reduced...

aloha · 08/10/2003 09:40

If it's the beige cashmere v-necked jumper then hands off. That one's mine, the minute the sale starts....

codswallop · 08/10/2003 09:43

I cnat do cardies - I laways look like WI member

I'm a Boden fan...Particularly for children.....

Admit sales are a nightmare...but customer services are fantastic...much better experiences than many other leading high street stores..

Well it is difficult to decide how many holidays to go on a year without wondering what to wear
