Hmmm wheels don't seem to be swiveling well. They are jamming if not pointing in direction of travel, so can't turn on the spot IYSWIM.
Almost impossible to wheel around the living room with a DD in as won't turn.
Just need oiled?
When unfolding do I just push down on the back? Seems to have a lot of play in it when up.

That was the same problem I had with mine, they would lock and unlock randomly too.

Folding is not to bad just push up the red bit and push forward as would any other umbrella fold but make sure the clip at the side is out, it can jam or snap off it will also prob unclip very easily! Check the backrest mine went lop sided when reclined. Ended up ina skip but I have a friend who loves hers.

i have the double baby jogger classic now which is fab but missed having the single for when have the older girls out. was rude not too at that price. they are wonderful buggies
