which new buggy to get...

I have narrowed it down to 2

chicco ct) or ink{http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Product.aspx/bruhome/brutravel/brutravelpushchairs/brutravelpushchairsstrollers/703338cosatto helix

which do you like? and why? I love the colour of the chicco, but the cosatto might be more practical. cosatto also looks a bit more padded....

even if you did that.

Titania · 01/04/2005 12:21

have you decided yet????

LIZS · 01/04/2005 12:33

Like the original Cosatto or the last one

Hi

Its made me smile reading your dilema, as I'm having the same issue. I can't decide between the cosatto dixie or the chicco explorer for a simple style buggy to take on holiday. Anybody got any advice on either of these?

starlover · 02/04/2005 10:59

it's so sad isn't it? People keep saying to me "it's just a buggy! PICK ONE!"
LOL

I have decided on the chicco London LX...

But haven't bought it yet so may change my mind again LOL

why are you looking at the chicco and cosatto and not considering maclaren? just wondered if there was a major reason? (being nosey realy!)

starlover · 02/04/2005 11:29

really just because I like to be a bit different! EVERYONE has maclaren... I have this thing where I always steer clear of market leaders (i have no idea why)

Also, read a thread on here once about the brakes on the maclarens being quite shit!

I do actually have a Maclaren Techno Classic and think its brilliant and would recommend it to anyone. However, I was after a cheaper alternative to take on holiday rather than letting mine get ruined. I'd rather waste £40 (or less if I can find a 2nd hand one!)than the £140 that my pram cost. I was just looking for something with a bit of support still but that was cheaper and just wondered if anyone had one of the other brands and tell me if they were any good.

would have to agree about the brakes! none of them are very good.
