Baby socks that don't fall off? Do they exist?

I am heartily sick of my baby's socks constantly falling off or being pulled off. Has anyone got any recommendations for any particular brand of sock that performs better than others in this respect?

I was also thinking of some moccassin-`type thing with grips on soles to keep his feet warm in the winter. He is 10 months old and crawling / cruising and his bare feet get a bit cold.

Thanks for any suggestions .

Isn't that why they have all-in-ones with feet attached?

Ditch the socks, they are a pest. They fall off, get lost, and clog up the washing machine.

Sock ons have been great for us

Most of our baby clothes have feet attached but not all of them @Mum2OneTeen . I wasn't sure if you had to make sure thier feet are covered for temperature regulation or something? Also... do they need socks when they sleep?! Can you tell I'm due really soon and panicking?

Thanks for the recommendation @ineedwine99

Booties always fell off, she was generally in baby gros when little or dress with tights over autumn/winter, their feet can get very cold, she doesn't wear them to bed though as if cold goes in an all in one, mild a long sleeve vest, hot short sleeve vest then in s baby sleeping bag of the relevant tog

Hi Gimble,
Congratulations on being a soon-mum-to-be! Flowers

Some of the 'onesies' we used for DD had feet attached which had a slit so they could be 'socks' or cuffed for bare feet. I think the Bonds ones are like that... don't know if they are available in the UK though?

Small babies are usually swaddled so don't really need socks. It's just more faffing when you're already dealing with enough with feeding etc.

When they're on the move crawling, they do need something if its cold I guess. Footed tights/leggings are good too (Bonds also make these). When they're trying to walk (inside) I think bare feet are better for grip. But tiny wee socks are very cute; just not very practical IMO (drove me nuts in fact). Mind you, I'm in Aust. so extreme cold not really a consideration. HTH

Thank you @Mum2OneTeen. We have some Bonds stuff over here I think on ASOS. I have one of their nursing bras which is great, they're quite expensive though. Will def check out the baby stuff too as I didn't know they did that. Not sure about the sock/cuff baby gros, sounds like a brill idea but don't think I've seen any.

Thought the booties would probably be more style over substance @ineedwine99 ha. Thanks for the sleep outfit info, I have got some sleeping bags so hopefully he's snug in one of those.
