I will buy whatever hoover you all tell me to... so what is it going to be?

I have a super duper miele cylinder. It is v good. I am going to be running 2 houses for (hopefully) not too long, so need another one and then when I am down to 1 house again, one can stay upstairs (always wanted to be a 2 hoover household lol).

Do I buy another miele to make life easier on the hooverbag front (not that it is easy to buy those bloody bags anyway), do I get an upright (is there any benefit to them?) or does nobody really care (don't blame you at all).

God I am so knackered from organising and planning everything re moving that I can't even choose a hoover. How sad is that. Please help!

don't get an upright unless you really have fantasies a la Freddy Mercury...

my quail are fantastic, I've kept a cock and 5 hens, we get at LEAST 5 eggs a day, and my gardener has just incubated 22 of the eggs (from when we were on holiday) and had 11 chicks by this evening with a load more pipping!

Not bad to be on the 2nd generation, considering they are only about 3 months old...

they are so sweet. quiet, clean, sociable - no bother at all. much better than chickens really
