What is all this fuss about rear facing buggies being the latest thing? when my eldest was born 17 years ago ALL buggies had rear/ forward multi positional seats. In fact the bucket seats on the bugaboos and qunnys today are very much like the ones around years ago. The earlier versions ALSO folded down in one piece.I had a Britax which was a middle of the road model but all makes from the cheap mailorder catalogue models to the top of the range silver cross, all reversed. The maclaren superdreamer was fantastic, it reversed, folded really flat(easily) and was light as a feather- why maclaren dont bring that design back i dont know.
Anyone remember the Mothercare Allez- now that was a buggy ahead of its time. I bet that would be a best seller today!

I love the Maclaren dreamer/supperdreamer. I have one, but can't find many pictures of them.
I'm also looking for a blue shopping tray for it, as i seem to remember they did one in blue

How crazy that we are all buggy enthusiasts! I was born in the late 1980s, but remember mums with Mothercare Vias. I love the colour and design and have only been able to determine details of it very recently as i didn't know what it was called. The reflectors on the wheels amazed me! I bet they were really durable as well.
I wish they made baby goods in pastel shades today
