Browsing through their catalogue there seems to be so many good things in there. However I must resist all temptations to buy everything. So tell me, fellow veteran Lakelander customers, what is the product you have bought from there that is a must have ?

The 100 cookie cutters are great - every size and shape you can imagine and several that you wouldn't...

Tetley · 18/01/2005 09:07

The washball - not very exciting but saves me a fortune in washing powder (& is environmentally friendly too!)

Davros · 18/01/2005 09:19

Rubber broom, washing basket with handles, ring-pull opener thingy

Carameli · 18/01/2005 10:22

tetley is the washball good, I have often wondered about getting one of those.

nm · 18/01/2005 10:24

Remoska!

redsky · 18/01/2005 10:25

I love the drawer organiser thingies - keeps knicker drawers tidy. Anyone tried the things to keep socks together in the wash - Icurrently have 17 unmatched socks!

Tetley · 18/01/2005 11:03

Carameli - yes the washball is great! I was the same as you - wondering if it was any good!

It's not that great if stuff is really dirty - I tend to use powder then. But for general day-to-day washing & bedding, towels etc it's great.

BubblesDeVere · 18/01/2005 11:13

Ks here you go Washball

Tetley · 18/01/2005 11:13

washball here!

Tetley · 18/01/2005 11:13

Ah - beaten to it!!!

BubblesDeVere · 18/01/2005 11:18

Sorry tetley

milge · 18/01/2005 11:19

Tinfoil and cling film - far, far superior to supermarket stuff - much thicker, just fab. Lasts for months. You do need to get over the shock of paying £14 for tinfoil though, but it is really worth it.

suzywong · 18/01/2005 11:27

I can't open that link, but am I right in thinking the washballs are the balls you put in the washer with a lot less detergent?

HunkerMunker · 18/01/2005 11:29

Lock n lock boxes. I love them.

jangly · 18/01/2005 11:38

pickobag Quick and easy when making sandwiches! No boxes to fiddle with, just hang it in kitchen and pull bags off.

jangly · 18/01/2005 11:42

And this for slicing home made bread. Evenslice

bettys · 18/01/2005 11:44

Ice lolly maker - indispensable for summer or when they're a bit poorly & need something to suck on

Kayleigh · 18/01/2005 11:52

I use the burger maker. Evenly sized perfectly shaped burgers every time. Brilliant.

And the microwave egg poacher is excellant too.

Metrobaby · 18/01/2005 12:09

Where are the 100 cookie cutters Tommy?? I can't seem to see them.

When you use the washball do you put powder detergent in or tablets?
