Recently bought a Dyson DC07 hoover and its crap!

bought this after hearing all the stuff about dyson hoovers being great, cost over £150 and honsetly I'm so disappointed in it, its really hopeless on my carpet

it does suck up shoelaces/newspapers/the cat next door, but seems to struggle with crumbs/fluff

SSD- have you tried cleaning the filters- that usually gives them an unexpected brand new lease of life

Is the turny-bit (technical term) turning? This happened with me and the drive belt thingy had slipped off.

the dyson is only 6 months old and I'm mad its so garbage

well I've called customer services and now cleaned out the filters, so fingers crossed that it'll work when the filters dry out!
