Recently bought a Dyson DC07 hoover and its crap!

bought this after hearing all the stuff about dyson hoovers being great, cost over £150 and honsetly I'm so disappointed in it, its really hopeless on my carpet

well I've called customer services and now cleaned out the filters, so fingers crossed that it'll work when the filters dry out!
