Anyone used a "tangle teezer" brush thing? Great invention or waste of money?

I've been trying to buy a tangle teezer brush from the tangle teezer website, but am not having much luck.
I saw it on dragons' den and excitedly thought it would be the solution to the the hair brushing nightmares that go on in this house.
Then I got to thinking since the website was shite and no one has bothered getting back to me, despite three phone calls, that the product would be just as useless
If anyone has got one can you tell me whether I should bother persuing this?
Great invention or waste of money?

Tangle Teezer = miracle product. And I don't say that lightly.

I thought it might be a bit of a gimmick but it has transformed DD's grooming (she used to regularly get to the point of having dreadlocks snipped out).

I was so scared of losing one and not being able to replace it within 12 hours that I bought an emergency spare one.

Bought one last year in a local salon services type shop for dd age 7 with ludicrously curly and tangled hair. Was sceptical but gave it a go and it is brilliant. We went on holiday with 3 other families last summer and they all bought them on their return home having tried ours on holiday on their girls with long, thick and straight hair where it also performed well. Shame the customer service seems lacking as the producy itself is very good.

I LOVE mine! I have reeeeally long hair and kept getting tangles at the nape of my neck that were agony to brush out but now I don't have any tangles at all! I like that I can use it on wet hair and it doesn't pull and break my hair like every other brush I've had.

I bought one for dd and it's excellent. Got it from a salon.

I'd like to have a couple more really, we're always losing it - it gets taken everywhere. But £10 was quite expensive so I haven't got around to buying another.

It's especially good when dd goes swimming - she can deal with her tangly wet hair without me being there and without ripping at the tangles.

Is the only thig I can get through my son's tight curls. I use it in the bath when he has conditioner in and then again in the morning. These are the only times I can get the brush near him. I'd recommend. I got mine from boots, but have seen them in Jojo mama and you could use the 20% discount going round at the moment.

Definitely good. Our eldest won't let us brush with anything else.

It is amazing. It was only when we left it at MIL over Christmas and had to use a normal brush that we remembered just how good it is. GLTC and Blooming Marvellous stock them. Worth twice the price if you ask me. The alternative was to have all DD1's hair cyt off. As she was 2 at the time that would have been a bit extreme!

I got our tangle teezer from my hairdresser. It's revolutionised morning hairbrushing. DD has lots of fluffy hair that's not curly, but not straight either.

It's amazing, has saved me from morning catfights with dd 5.

I'm sure I saw them in Boots,I got mine from Nippers the children's hairdresser.
