thought that looked cheap if anyone is looking for a zapp

OP posts:
mumto3girls · 20/04/2007 10:06

isdee had one and sold it on ebay!!

I have one in lilac with the matching changing bag and footmuff. I had so many compliments about how gorgeous and snug DD3 looks in it...
Now even without the footmuff it looks great, is sooo easy to push and manouevre and really does fold small which is great for making your hall look tidier!! By the way dd3 is 2 in 2 weeks and still has LOADS of room in it!!!

Happy buggy pushing !!

mumto3girls · 20/04/2007 10:07

Sorry mean't Misdee had one cos i was going to buy iy but someone beat me too it, then i got brand new one!!!

misdee · 20/04/2007 10:11

i've had 3 they are good strollers, but useless for me as lack of basket etc. plus they do tip easily.

katzg · 20/04/2007 10:11

on the size front my 4.5 year old cn sit in it and because the zapp is so light its still pushable

mumto3girls · 20/04/2007 10:11

3 misdee??? did you keep changing your mind??

mustrunmore · 20/04/2007 10:13

misdee, how is it for stairs to the tube? And how wide compared to my e3? Will I want to keep it or sell it on?!

mummydoc · 20/04/2007 10:27

mustrunmore - i will hold you to that, anyone else want to sell one .....?

misdee · 20/04/2007 10:27

i keep forgetting why i sold it. lol. it is a really good stroller for an older child. tyhe first one i had was used as a travel system for hospital trips as my parents car couldnt fit the e3 in it.

i got the second one but forgot how heavey it was a small stroller, 3rd one was a bargain and sold on to make profit.

kittypants · 20/04/2007 10:29

stop it stop it stop it!!!i want one!i had one but didnt like it as too light especially with older dc's holding handles too.and i dont have enough money but.....i WANT ONE!!!

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 11:08

Yes, new slimline me... Was thinking I could be BigEgg, Medium Egg, FatEgg, SupersizeEgg, CelluliteEgg etc, depending on how much I eat / exercise.

Really want a new name but have nooo inspiration.

So, they have sold out now?

Does anyone want to buy mine for £200?? .

fryalot · 20/04/2007 11:11
Shock
fryalot · 20/04/2007 11:11
Wink
LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 11:13

Sorry Squonk, does that mean YES, you would like mine for £200? I take paypal you know ...

fryalot · 20/04/2007 11:15

erm... let me see how I get on with my £75 one.......

I really should be going out, but I don't want to put ds in his crappy, wonky wheeled, short pushchair ever again.

Any ideas on where I can go where I don't need to push him anywhere?

(Our garden perhaps?)

ViscountessPetitLapin · 20/04/2007 11:59

Mine's on its way!

Should be here next week. AND 1300 Boots points!

My sister is going to have it

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 12:01

Swimming? Could drive to pool and whisk him in without pushchair? Although perhaps not as you have DD too so swimming with two small ones prob not very easy.

Supermarket? Drive there, stick kiddies in trolly? Spend two hours there studying vegetables etc.

Looks like the garden after all...

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 12:02

OK SO I FORGOT TO PUT THE CODE IN FOR 1000 EXTRA POINTS AND IT SEEMS I AM THE ONLY ONE.

SparklyGothKat · 20/04/2007 12:05

I want one of the bouncy chairs that are £6.49 but they are out of stock atm

katzg · 20/04/2007 12:18

litttle egg can you phone them up and see if they can add the code to your order? might be worth a try.

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 12:30

I did wonder that, probably worth a try. Realised I never had email confirmation and panicked that I hadn't even got one after all, but have checked website and all is ok, due for delivery by next Thurs. Will try code now.

SGK - £6.49! No wonder they are out of stock.

fryalot · 20/04/2007 12:32

oh bugger - I forgot the code as well.

(sorry nemo )

littleegg, let me know how you get on with having the extra points added, then I'll have a go with nemo's points.

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 12:40

yay!

I got my points added. Pheweeee.

He did ask me what the promotion was, ie: where had I seen that i would get an extra 1000 points from, was it from spending a certain amount etc. I blagged my way and said I had written the code on a bit of paper a couple of days ago and couldn't remember, but thought it was from spending over £50 in baby dept or something.

Definitely worth trying.

Right, really MUST go and wash my hair now, I look like a scarecrow.

fryalot · 20/04/2007 13:11

who do you ring? can't find a number.....

LittleEgg · 20/04/2007 13:22

It's under "help" and then riiiiiight at the very bottom it says "contact us". However, as I have just gone to check anyway, I will copy and paste for you:-

08456 090 055 (local rate)

Hope it works .
