ROFL

ViscountessPetitLapin · 19/04/2007 16:06

I hope the Zapp is comfy, cos we're going to be sleeping in them...

fryalot · 19/04/2007 16:21

If we put all three of them together in a kind of triangle shape, there should be enough room for all of us

BigEggLittleEgg · 19/04/2007 16:29

We could put my trampoline in the middle to make some extra sleeping space...

Really worrying just HOW orange it is now.

fryalot · 19/04/2007 16:36

ok, dp's home

swanseadaddy · 19/04/2007 16:48

what a bargain, just bought one for my gorgeous wife, we live in Mumbles which is a really snobby area and just about everyone but us have one(and normally in orange/traffic cone) so for a little while it may look as if we actually belong here.thanks to J9 who started it all off

BigEggLittleEgg · 19/04/2007 16:53

Lucky SwanseaMummy... being gorgeous AND having a lovely husband buying her a new Zapp .

fryalot · 19/04/2007 16:56

when she gets fed up of you, swanseadaddy, you can come and buy stuff for me anytime you like

BigEggLittleEgg · 19/04/2007 17:00

Cant see her getting fed up of him tho...

Isn't Catherine Zeta Jones from Mumbles? Swanseadaddy you're NOT Michael Douglas are you?

BigEggLittleEgg · 19/04/2007 17:28

Hmm. There's another thread in the Products category about folding pushchairs and someone said that her DS outgrew the footrest on the Zapp and was no longer comfortable. From what I can gather, he was less than 18 months old when he outgrew it. Am now a bit concerned.

"what a bargain, just bought one for my gorgeous wife, we live in Mumbles which is a really snobby area and just about everyone but us have one"

PMSL

fryalot · 19/04/2007 17:36

don't worry, BELE, if he doesn't fit it now, you can always sell it on ebay for twice the price

(that's my plan anyway)

SoupDragon · 19/04/2007 18:14

"Really worrying just HOW orange it is now"

You know those orange highlighter pens...?

fryalot · 19/04/2007 18:21

I hope it is ORANGE but that's just me

SoupDragon · 19/04/2007 18:22

You'll be visible in the dark so it's an added safety bonus.

fryalot · 19/04/2007 18:23

hhmm, will have to think of somewhere to go after dark now......

SoupDragon · 19/04/2007 18:25

I keep toying with buying one but I have borrowed an orange one before and I didn't really like either the Zapp or the colour. They just look trendier than my £30 mothercare buggy!

fryalot · 19/04/2007 18:28

I know, I know.... I would have been perfectly ok sticking with the buggy I had, but it was too low really, and the wheel was very wonky, and there was only me that could push it, and I probably needed a new one anyway, and this just kind of jumped on me, and I thought.....

too late now, I've bought it

divamumplusbump · 19/04/2007 18:41

i simply dont want zapp, it never appalled to me

bonkerz · 19/04/2007 18:45

well result. Was obviously fate that i bought this earlier. Have just sold my cooker for £50! That will finance the quinny but now have to figure out how we are going to eat till next thursday when new kitchen and cooker is fitted!!!! Told Dh i had sold cooker and will flog strollers and have bought new buggy and he just grunted! Got away with it !!!

fryalot · 19/04/2007 18:48

well done

I'm still trying to act innocent

goingfor3 · 19/04/2007 18:49

Babies/toddlers always look really uncomfortable in them, I really don't see the appeal.

Me: I'll either flog it or give it to miniLapinSister

DH: would she prefer our blue one?

Me: Er, the new one is orange.

DH: Doesn't bother me.
