I have found a fab item in the Argos sale which ends on Friday and it is out of stock for home delivery and out of stock in all the Argos stores in Northern Ireland so was wondering whether if I checked it was in stock in a store in England would someone be willing to collect it for me and post it to me- of course I would reimburse! If you could let me know where you are I can do a quick check in the nearest store to you and see if its in stock and reserve it. Hope that makes sense! And thanks if you can!

ahhh bless. it was a pleasure, honest, i sent my dauhter in for it and she forged my name on my cc as i personally hate the Reading Argos. It was a good excuse to go out for a drive and get the little ones to sleep. ill e mail you my adress now

taramac · 21/07/2004 18:31

How old is your daughter? Are the little ones yours too? Lol at the thought of her forging your signature - must be a horrendous store if you went to those lengths! Hear from you soon.

DD1 is 16, i dred to think what letters she forged at school from me. Shes left now and we are waiting to see if her college has accepted her. DD2 is 2 and Ds is 10 months and the love of my life. Am seriousley broody at the moment due to a early miscarriage that wasnt planne(the pregnancy i mean), but also back at work and life getting back on track so not sure what i want iyswim. YOU? and YOURS?

taramac · 21/07/2004 19:55

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage - I have had 2 myself and you really go through a whole load of emotions. How did you find the age gap between your first 2 - I am always interested in bigger gaps as I think thats the way I like best. I have 2 ds's aged 7 and 3 and they are great fun. Boys seem to be different to girls (or so I am told) - are you finding the same?

Am going up Po when awake to get it wieghed.

Big age gap is fab, we are great friends, i had her when just 20 so we like the samemusic, clothes etc. Apparently her friends think im cool so thats got to be a good thing i think. Shes a great help with the little ones to and loves being a big sister.

As for the boy girl thing, i amashamed to say i wasnt keen on a boy and was horrified when i found out the sex. Thought i would have trouble bonding etc, but as soon as he was put in my arms i got a surge of love that made me cry and it still does today. I look at him when hes asleep and get all choked up. Its quite overwhelming how different the feelings for him are than the girls. God i must sound like a right soppy idiot

Thats good to know - I had my ds1 when I was 22 so will be roughly same age gap as your daughter and you. Thanks for sorting that out with the PO - I don't want you to be out of pocket. Boys are great aren't they? I am 1 of 3 girls so had no experience of boys at all and have so enjoyed having them I'm worried I would find a girl so different.
