Am rubbish at links so can't show you one of these (maybe someone else could do the honours).

This is a new product from Tomy. It consists of a big sheet, plus two pens. The brilliant bit is that you fill the pens with water, and because the sheet is made of a special material, you can write and draw on it, then, as the water dries, the images fade and you can use it again and again and again. The sheet is edged with the alphabet and numbers 1-10, which magically appear when you scribble over them with the water pens. Me and ds2 (age 3) have so much fun with this, its the best £20 I have ever spent on a "toy".

Ds has tried scribbling on the door and floor with the pens, but as they only contain water, they can do no harm.

I want one NOW!!! I have got DD doing magic painting books, and stripping her naked and playing with washable felt tips (don't trust the washableness with clothes), then throwing her in a bath (two activities in one there ).

She would LOVE that!!!

Pamina3 - I think it says further down on here that you can get the spare pens from the Tomy website.

just called the Tomy careline (023 8066 2600) and the only thing the recommend for washing off stains/marks is very diluted soapy solution.

also yeps you can get replacement pens at £2.50 for pack of 2 from their website www.tomy.co.uk or the helpline.

they are good!!!

A friend sent one to DS for his birthday, we got it today. Is great fun for DS but it's also relaxing for me. I don't need to panic so much about what else DS is using the felt tip markers on. FANTASTIC

thank you for washing yours bethjake. ours is horribly grubby and needs a wash, so will put it through later tonight.
