Still the same cod, just over 7 stone - I've stayed around the same weight since Christmas - I haven't been trying hard enough to lose the last stone or so. Need to kick myself up the backside. Size 14 at the mo (12 in a lot of skirts). Want to get down to a 12 in trousers.

Have recently bought Bravissimo strappy top - am really pleased with it - first time I have ever worn such a thing, feel confident I am being supported, and sexy!

i think i reched low today my neice has come to play with my 2 girls but she is almost 5 still to much energy for me i carnt run around after them i need my reduction but if my boobs are putting on weight as im losing it then it never gonner happen

the wire feels softer than normal ones and it is quite nice(for a bf bra)
