Yes or no.

I am trying to justify spending huge amounts of money :o

I love it. I buy 90% of what I buy in the sale and the other 10% on offers (10% off, free delivery/returns - see top of mn for details Smile). It washes and wears well - handy with 2 boys as it means I can pass almost all of it onto ds2 while it still looks good.

£14 for a kid's t-shirt not expensive? Shock Love twiglett's dress and know another 2yo who would look gorgeous in it and definitely get 2 years wear out of it. But then again on Monday she was wearing a 9-12 month BHS pinafore dress that she has had for 3/4 of her life. I find I am able to pass on quite a lot of clothes from both my children from various shops so can't justify the premium. The only thing that consistently seems to get wrecked is school uniform.

I'm with Bozza .. £14 for a t-shirt? Shock

joined htis thread quite late but definightly yes, washes brilliantly , girls stuff nearly always suitable for kids ( I hate all that teenagery stuff for little ones - i think it is called prosti-tot look ..ahhhh) i buy loads in the sale but often can't resist new catalogue stuff aswell...but it does pass on to DD2

Normsnockers · 07/06/2006 12:53

I'm with Bozza too.

£14 for a 3 year old's t-shirt is never gonna happen in the nockers household.

£14 for a teenager's t-shirt might but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Will definately be buying in this years summer sale as now that we know the new baby will also be a boy I know the stuff will get passed down and reused.

robin3 · 07/06/2006 13:01

Not really worth the enormous price differential IMO...I'm with Norm in feeling that it can't make any sense paying twice as much when they outgrow things so fast and frankly the H&M stuff is just as nice.

That said I would highly recommend the stripey towelling hoody tops they do....light weight, indestructable, wash well, don't stain and lasts all year round.

I get sucked in by the constant marketing.

yes, especially trousers, fleece and pjs. they last forever. tshirt are lovely but definetely overpriced.

Kaloo20 · 09/06/2006 14:36

Yes YES Y E S
Their clothes are : Fab quality - Look good - Age appropriate - Don't go limp after a few washes - T-shirts keep their shape.

I am about to put lots of 2 - 6 year old sizes on eBay boys and girls - under the seller Kaloo20. They will all be there Monday

I buy about 80% of the childrens non school clothes from MB. But I also guess that's why stuff doesn't wear out - nothing gets worn enough! My children have far to many clothes

I buy my mini boden from an ebay shop called Hazydaisy. It's fab, the Boden stuff is a fraction of the price in the catalogue (sometimes has the internal label snipped). She also does great ladies clothes too, White Stuff, Mistral etc. It all arrives the next day stores.ebay.co.uk/hazydaisy?_rdc=1
