Hi, I'm a first time mum-to-be and need some help with night lights.
- Can you use a night light from birth?
- Should night lights be on continuously or just when needed i.e. night feeds and nappy changes?
- Which light would you recommend, touch light or autofade light?
- Would you consider night lights to be a necessity or a luxury?
Any other help would be most appreciated.
