When I press Tv guide, the list of channels has changed - 0 is now 'more channels' no sign of my recorded progs anywhere? Help I NEED Barbie rapunzel!!

SueW, we had the same problem yesterday with my son home from chickenpox. Here's what worked for us (same as Bellas, actually) :
1 - turn off power to sky box and leave off for a minute
2 - turn on power but don't turn on sky box for 90 seconds
3 - turn on the sky box.

Our problems had to do with the upgrade, I think - we didn't lose any recorded programs, luckily.
