Not sure - my advice would be to switch it off at the wall and re-boot.
Switch off for 2 mins, switch back on at the wall and then wait 2 mins before pressing tv guide.
Should re-boot and put back to normal

Enid · 18/01/2006 08:32

Mmmmm, kids are watching Peppa the Pig, just thought I would go into the listings and check and the same has happened to us, from the quick look I had I also couldnt see where our recorded programmes are. Had to turn back to Peppa quickly though. Not much help really and a bit annoying isnt it, they must be there somewhere.

jenkel · 18/01/2006 08:35

We haven't got any TV this morning

All the menus have been re-arranged but when we go to select, all we get is a blue screen.

It would be today when DD and I are both off school/work doing her extended pre-op starve - and with no car so we're limited on where we can go since she's not allowed much to eat so will be a bit low on energy.

Grrrr.....

Enid · 18/01/2006 08:39

it does say at the bottom of tvguide but I couldnt see it as I had a tv setting on that lost the bottom of pic

phew

Friend had similar problems last week & was advised to switch off etc by the Customer Service person. Result- she lost loads of stuff she'd recorded. Can't get it back no matter what they've suggested. Hope you all get sorted with more success than she did.

suzi2 · 18/01/2006 21:56

If you have blue screen...Unplug, take the card out for 30 seconds. Put it back in, plug back in. Switch on. When blue screen finds listings you can then go to TV Guide and now press green for your recordings. HTH

JoolsToo · 18/01/2006 21:57

VeniVidiVickiQV · 18/01/2006 21:57

Hit tv guide button, and then push the green button.

JoolsToo · 18/01/2006 21:59

Bellie · 18/01/2006 21:59

apparently they are upgrading everyone over the next month - no warning when yours will happen though. Turned ours on today and it was changed!! Just need to press the green button after tv planner now to get to your recorded programmes.

JoolsToo · 18/01/2006 22:02

There is a Sky+ forum on www.avforums.com. HIGHLY recommended for everything on Sky+

MarsOnLife · 19/01/2006 12:37

all I can say is that I'd better not lose any of my recordings. I've still got to watch Life On Mars!
