Thanks StarlightMac Going to be a while yet - still in the planning stage as it were :) - but the thought of going back to pads even temporarily sends my blood cold, at least it'd be short term!

It worked better than anything else for me when I had excessively heavy periods (TMI alert) - a towel + super plus tampon would last for 30 minutes max.

Mine still leaks...

However I will still keep trying. I am certain I am wearing it low enough but I am not certain if it opens out properly when inserted even though I run a finger around.

If you do little pushes whilst squatting over the toilet - this helps to get it out.
