Today, I bought ds the only toy pushchair I would ever consider buying him.

It is a basic, navy blue and white, reasonably realistic affair.

And the price?

£3.99!!!

He is having it for Christmas, he will love it so much!

Ah!!
Many hours spent iceskating there.
Now only glimpsed briefly as am whisked to and from Manchester airport by my chauffeur and his limo (aka Paul the taxi driver in his Ford Mondeo.)

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 22:54

Moondog, you greeted moi? May I ask where?

moondog · 09/11/2005 22:56

I saw your name up a few days ago (had been wondering where you were...)
Not sure which one tbh.
My MN habit very bad at the moment as I'm in Turkey.

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:00

Oh I see, I used to spend loads of time on here but manage about 5 minutes a week if I'm lucky these days! (this being my five minutes of this week...).

JanH, you're not far from me either.

Janh · 09/11/2005 23:00

Oh really? Where are you, CQ?

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:03

"Rhyl" area!

moondog · 09/11/2005 23:04

She lives in the posh bit though Jan!

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:06

Oh bollocks to it, no I don't live in Rhyl I live in Dyserth. It's not like anyone knows me is it? (apart from moondog who knows where I live ).

moondog · 09/11/2005 23:08

You still never told me if you knew Simon Sue and Justin Smart???

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:10

Was he the baker/confectioner chappy you were telling me about? I will make some enquiries at playgroup in the morning (god my social life is so hectic...).

moondog · 09/11/2005 23:12

Yes.
Just an idle thought, please don't go to any trouble on my behalf lol!
I know Dyserth is small that's all.

Their parents were killed in that plane crash in Stockport in late 60's which bizarrely my Stockport friend referred to earlier witnessed.

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:13

Ooh yes, sorry, I do remember now. That's so awful. Are they still in the village so you know?

moondog · 09/11/2005 23:15

Justin is.Other two in London.

CelluliteQueen · 09/11/2005 23:20

Well I must know someone who knows him (village life and all that). My five minutes has expired now and my bed is calling as I've been up since 5. Don't know when I'll be on here next but the offer of coffee is still on if you're in my neck of the woods xx (ps I've lost your email address)

NannyL · 10/11/2005 08:27

harpsichordcarrier · 10/11/2005 09:08

they don't have clothes in our branch though

sweetkitty · 10/11/2005 09:15

Don't think they have Wilkos in Scotland yet and I really miss it, agree it's great they sell really cheap kids books in there too.

DaddyCool · 10/11/2005 10:39

wilkos is awesome.

TinyGang · 10/11/2005 10:46

We've got one too - it's good! My MIL got a really pretty little light up Christmas 'scene' decoration last year and it was lovely. Toys are good value and I swear the headlice repellent spray they sell has kept us bug free (so far anyway!). I buy bottles of the stuff.

Jbck · 12/11/2005 09:21

I'm in Glasgow but I'm off to Bradford in a couple of weeks on business I'm going to schedule in a Wilkinsons meeting!

triplets · 13/11/2005 07:27

Enid · 13/11/2005 09:33
