Having sex with a larger lady

I am that larger lady, and have always assumed (extremely low self esteem) that I must be unpleasant to have sex with because of my size. It's only just entered my consciousness that some aspects of my size might actually feel nice to a partner .. Eg: I'm soft and warm and nice to cuddle. Its literally a revelation to me. I just wondered if anyone with experience of sex with a larger woman might share some more of the positives with me, and maybe some of those might apply to me too.

I'd say confidence is the most attractive feature. Size isn't important but I do like someone who's confident with themselves.

I’ll probably get shot down in flames for this - but in my experience larger ladies are far, far better in bed than slimmer ones!
Dh says that maybe your experience but definitely not his (I'm very slim!) Best not to generalise eh? We're all different!

My DH would say the opposite too, having had experience of both larger and slimmer women. I'm a size 8. As you say, generalisations are hugely unhelpful.

Thank you to all those who kindly answered, it really helped me and gave me a boost. Thank you also to those who didn't turn it into an inevitable MN style debate on the morality/virtue (or perceived lack thereof) of size.

It’s not a generalization - my opinion is borne purely from experience.

As a bloke all I can say is that I prefer the larger lady. Size is irrelevant to me anyway but size 20 / 22 feels warm and sexy to me..just get on with your life..!

What I conclude from this (and other threads) is, we all are different shapes and sizes and all have different preferences for shapes and sizes. Also getting close to a person makes their body the one that you want. So everyone's a winner. 😊

I've had sex with all types - I have no issues with a larger lady. My last FWB was one, and we had an enormous amount of fun. Far TMI, but I like to be, er, physical Blush, and am worried a smaller lady might get hurt...

I once dated a very (very) slim lady, and every time we hugged, I was worried I might break something..

Trust me, we won't get hurt purely based on dress size. I'm a size 8, always have been. I love to be very "physical" too... no complaints as yet and have never once been injured in the process Grin
