Having sex with a larger lady

I am that larger lady, and have always assumed (extremely low self esteem) that I must be unpleasant to have sex with because of my size. It's only just entered my consciousness that some aspects of my size might actually feel nice to a partner .. Eg: I'm soft and warm and nice to cuddle. Its literally a revelation to me. I just wondered if anyone with experience of sex with a larger woman might share some more of the positives with me, and maybe some of those might apply to me too.

The most attractive thing I find in a woman is her willingness to have sex with me.

of course we are all different. Im 6ft and 79Kg which makes me slim/athletic. My upper limit would probably be size 16 or less. What bout the mechanics of it? If a larger lady was with a guy who had a below average penile length, would it work?

Yes it would work @Arnoldthecat unless the lady is very very large and has consequent mobility issues. I am large but still flexible and able to move?! Missionary is fine, doggy fine, on top is ok, scissors very nice, standing but touching my toes also fine although I can't hold it for more than five minutes but I can't think I'd be alone in that regardless of size. I'm not quite sure what you imagine is getting in the way?!

I have always had very low self esteem, absolutely detest my body even after losing 4 stone.. currently a size 12/14.. my weight/size impacts my life & relationships greatly.. I am definitely a lights off under the covers type.. I do so wish I could let myself go with wild abandon! I follow lots of positive body image groups & influencers, I look at them around my size & larger & think wow you look amazing but it makes no difference to how I feel about myself! ex partner wasn't the most complimentary which made me turn inward even more.. I'm convinced it's all about confidence & feeling desired..

I really do understand. I am concentrating on how my squidgy bits feel. They do feel nice - warm and soft. They don't look nice, but I can't really change that all that much at my stage in life. I'm going to have to get over it, and I am committed to trying.

This year my New Years resolution was to learn to like my appearance every other year it's been to lose weight!! Although I did achieve goal weight I'm now 1.5 stone above that (I know that's not a huge amount) but a life long obsession with diets, meal replacement plans, pills has left my head fu*ked! That's what I need to fix. If I can achieve that I reckon I will have amazing sex with the next lucky man to come along! (There is one on the horizon, early stages.. I'd love to be more self confident for our 1st time)

Op, from everything I've read on all these forums plus the men I've dated, it's all about confidence in yourself. I'm a tall, size 14/16, massive breasts, hourglassy. I'm conscious of my stomach for sure but I just think whatever your size, you have to fake it till you make it. Men head straight for there and i think they like the cuddly aspect. All my partners have been in amazing shape so it would be easy for me to feel self conscious but I figure if they don't like me for me/my physique as it stands, then they aren't for me. As for what men like, I had a partner who dated curvier women and he liked the comfort and said there was more to play with! We all like different things. Believe in yourself.

Bloke here. I went out for a while with a size 18 lady who was wonderful. She was also a accomplished athlete. It's all about confidence.

My partner (male) has a bit of a podgy tummy. I love it! It's squashy and cuddly, comfortable to spoon against. He worries about it but I think it's perfect.

As a male in good shape I personally love larger women as well as skinnier ones. I think your insecurities probably come from social media try not to worry I know I'm not the only guy and I would say most guys love a larger girl. It's not the size that matters it's what you do with it 😁😂

I dated a larger lady for about 6 months, she was about an 18, sex was terrific, she had big boobs & bum and liked sex a lot and liked a lot of sex, Piv, oral anal toys etc and her size was never an issue.
But outside the bedroom she was manulipative and self centred, so the relationship didn’t last too long, but the physical sex part was terrific
My ex wife was about a size 12 and the sex was pretty ordinary

I’ll probably get shot down in flames for this - but in my experience larger ladies are far, far better in bed than slimmer ones!

If you are happy and your partner is happy just enjoy yourself the mechanics can be a bit different but men and women come in all shapes and sizes.

Sorry but I’ve never understood the clothing size measurement system for women -how can a number (12,14,16,18 etc) account for boob size, bum size, height?
I’m athletic/slim, and in my time I’ve been with petite (meaning short and slim) to very tall and all sizes inbetween, and the bits that make up the woman are all different.
A practical problem for me has been, in missionary with a very large woman, is knowing my penis is in position and having to be told and guided. Cowgirl is fine, with help getting in position, and for me seeing a huge stomach and breast above and her lowering up and down is a real turnon. Doggy is the same as with a woman of any size.
Size is just a number (and so is my bank account!) and it would be a daft man who was to say he disliked sex with a large lady on account of her size.
I would say to any woman who is big, don’t be negative about it and treat it as an asset. You are probably aware that there are lots of men who specifically seek you out.

I would say both yes and no, the lady I dated was on the larger side , but was also very self confident and didn’t have any self esteem issues, so to answer the question about having sex with a larger lady, it was a good experience for me (the physical part, not so much the non physical part)

Whereas my ex wife (size 12 or so) was lights off under the covers only and she didn’t any esteem issues either, but didn’t seem to enjoy sex so much

So for any larger ladies reading this, if it’s got to point of having sex with a man, size is not going to be a factor, most of us don’t really care when we have a bare naked lady in front us, who actually wants to have sex.

In currently 51 and have been single for 2 yrs, and any sized lady who would actually want to have sex with me would be a bonus right now

Don’t worry about it, if a relationship has got to the stage of sex, most men won’t really care what you look naked, they will be too busy thinking the same thing about themselves and fretting about their looks/ performance at same time worried that everything will work the way it used to, at least that’s how it would be for me
