I just feel so embarrased and can't do it. We have a very good sex life and do it daily but it's the one thing he asks me to do amd I just get so embarrased and can't do it ??? Why ? He has seen me give birth 4 times and Im not a prude but I just can't play with myself when he is watching (I do when alone ) . I love love having sex with him and no issues there . Doing it simultaneously is the only way I've ever been able to do it in front of DP.

High five to the every day action. Me and OH have managed every day for the past year since DC3 was born and I can't explain how it's improved our relationship in every way. Couldn't recommend it more and it got me back in shape much more enjoyably than any gym session could Grin.

Could you start by doing it when you are having sex but without him actually watching. That way you get a bit more used to it without feeling watched.

I always felt exactly same, wanted to try for dp but always too embarrasing!! He knew why & was never pushy but knew i wished i could just let go! I never thought I'd be able to until I tried it .
DP takes a while to cum in the mornings ( that's just normal for him ) and I was getting a bit sore so I lay on my back and went to touch myself just to see his reaction .
