Do any of your offers mention offer holder days? We’ve had two offers so far (waiting for the other 2) but none mention offer days… I’d love another visit to the schools to help decide.

Just an observation from last years, it always seems that those with positive news are more likely to post than those with WL/rejections so it always seems that everyone except you has offers if you follow these boards.

Did anyone heard from Kings College ?

Kings emails are out, at least the No emails. Waiting for LU too.

Offers with scholarships all round for our top 4! ✅So proud but we already knew how clever they were. Just a choice of which schools to turn down now !

If you email them they will have a day, but most likely it will be more like a school tour than a big event for the kids like some schools put on. I have heard mixed reviews on the offer says so a tour might be a smart idea.

Any humility genes in your family?

Still waiting on LU also; our int’ email came at 3pm

But a bonus is that I got a call encouraging us to accept-which is nice to hear that really want my dd.

Yes we have. Waiting list for us for King’s 13+, but Hampton was his first choice so will choose that. Seems for King’s waiting list you have to sit another exam in September of Y8 - no way he’ll want to do that!! :-)

No and if two years ago is anything to go by, won’t come out until around 4.30pm!

Worth remembering if your child got a ‘no’ from a school, they are in the majority.

And also so dependent on the day/ how they feel about the school etc. Mine got a “no” from the school that we had as our “back-up” and thought was a dead cert, which came a week before the others and really rattled him (and us!)
