Got KGS! Went to my junk mail. This is the last result for us and such a relief to be at the end of the process. Well done to all the daughters and parents, what an unbelievable year to be doing this process in! We and the girls all deserve an amazing holiday when that's possible!

She hadn’t indicated any favourites up until that point. She really didn’t want Alleyn’s is all she has said. Shen then started asking DD1 if any of her friends’ siblings were applying and thinking ahead at possible friendships. So I felt really anxious and bad for her.
Long hours is par for the course for me, especially now with the pandemic. But I have a few days off now, which is great.

I 2nd the holiday notion. I’ve given up on that for this year, though!

We did all want KGS because we liked it at open day but now DD has spent 2 weeks reading about all the amazing trips and clubs at surbiton, she is tempted to take that! My initial instinct was that I thought I wanted single sex but now I'm not sure. They are both great local options for us so a lovely position to be in and I will release the other offer that we have.

Waiting for LU too. It's an offer from CLSG for us too.

No idea why LU is taking so long, if they posted the results yesterday surely they could have sent the email first thing this morning!

I have checked our LU email from last year- arrived at 11.16!

I am back. Horrible day yesterday and today rather hit and miss too. No time for too many details at the moment but wanted to say a big thank you yesterday for all the kind and thoughtful messages. Lots of special souls on here.

Here we are on that dreaded day and it really has been a journey so far hasn’t it! Hope everyone is keeping faith and standing firm. So wonderful on all the offers.

We, too have a yes from CLSG!! I also don’t think they are doing exploding offers this year.

So great news on that front.

Sadly, we didn’t get Emanuel and rather miffed about the offer seemed to detail that the “work from home” was in fact considered and seems very much part of the equation. DD did an excellent enhanced interview and got all her arithmetic etc questions right. To think of all those children who cheated or had parents help them in their ‘exam’ which went awry!

@MumsRule20 An offer from CLSG is AMAZING, I am SO pleased for you. With that you can forget the rest and celebrate this fantastic outcome.

Letter just came through the post for Streatham and Clapham we got an offer from them too.

Congrats @Brot64 and @peacockfeather11 for the CLSG offer, and to those with LU offers.

I'm pleased to read that whilst this year's 11+ process has yielded some random results, in the end most DDs are getting some offers or will soon be getting offers off WL.

@MumsRule20 that's fab news regarding CLGS. Its a terrific school so your DD should be very proud. Also, that's very annoying regarding Emmanuel but they will have to teach the cohort they get based on their policies so it won't be without consequences.

@Brot64 @peacockfeather11 and any others I've missed congratulations and well done.

For those on WLs, as this thread shows so many have multiple offers things are bound to move considerably. Good luck to those still waiting.

Still nothing from LU. This is going to be like those job interviews where you just hear nothing and eventually conclude that you didn't get the job, isn't it?

Wow - it does seem that many many girls have around 4-8 offers depending on how many schools they sat. I think that anyone sitting on a WL place can feel pretty confident at the moment as things will be shuffling imminently....

We got an offer from KGS which has been a relief for DD and stress has come down a bit now on awaiting the WL places.
Didn’t hear any news on the consortium offers ? Heard G&L has put a lot on waitlist

Well done to everyone getting offers. Lovely to hear all the positive news! We’ve had an academic scholarship from SCHS but nothing from Alleyns!

yep, WL for us at G&L. Not a surprise and no issue as it wasn't a top choice (due to location mainly). We will be rejecting PHS and FHSS and accepting JAGS today.

We got an offer from G&L. In fact DD has got seven offers now from all the schools she’s applied to. She’s done brilliantly!

We have already accepted our LEH offer and I have released our other six offers so fingers crossed waitlists start moving soon! Good luck to everyone. And thanks to this thread which has been such a useful resource over the last few months!

Nothing from LU here too and nothing from QCL. We will be rejecting Emanuel, SCHS and Jags early next week . We are still waiting for SPGS next Friday.

Offer from SCHS here as well. I really liked that the head wrote a personalised, handwritten comment about DD's creative writing as well - I see what you mean about the JAGS offer being so transactional in comparison @Stircrazyschoolmum (congrats on the scholarship as well BTW!!)
