Can anyone recommend anywhere? On my list so far is Anchor Line, Ralph & Finns, The Ivy and Ox and Finch. But they're all really similar.
Six by Nick and Beat 6 are out as I'm going there with other people.

I'm vegetarian so needs to be veggie friendly and preferably in the city centre.

Gandolfi fish in the Merchant city is good, but obviously you need to like fish!!

Chaopraya is very central, but a chain. Anchor Line very good too.

No 16 is amazing food. Veggie options are fab.

KaPao is a spin off of the Ox and Finch and casual but good good including best fried chicken but lots of veggie options. It’s small plates.

Gamba is amazing, mainly fish but do cater well for vegetarians. Service is very good too

The Spanish Butcher is amazing but really not veggie friendly and as it's your birthday you should get a good meal (my veggie friend had a grilled cauliflower "steak" that looked so sad compared to everyone else's meals and it was still £££).

Ho Wong has just been re-opened in a new location and the food is excellent (decor also 👌🏻).

More relaxed but good cocktails to go with the the food - Spuntinis.

Thanks for all your suggestions. We decided to book Masaman. But, some of the suggestions on here I'll definitely need too check out.
