Nhs pay rise?

Has anyone seen the actual proposal re pay rise for Scottish nhs workers??

Of course they deserve it, this time last year people couldn't have been paid enough to go to work when everyone else stayed at home.

Hopefully all other nhs staff get the opportunity too. Pension contributions are also high from the employee as well as employer...different type of perks from private Companies

I’d be interested if that’s the case. The release I saw from Scottish government was as clear as mud so maybe you are right.

I agree afc is mess but isn’t making it better.

@MaryGubbins Agreed. It's also a disgrace that the headlines have been 'at least 4% pay rise for all NHS Scotland staff', it's just not true
