How are the other No voters voting in the EU referendum?

I am going backwards and forwards on the EU referendum - so many pros and cons (imo) for both sides and I'm genuinely undecided, which is a first for me in an election.

However, such is my loathing for NS, the SNP, their lack of respect for the will of the Scottish people and their endless threats of another indy referendum (this time using the EU referendum as a trigger, as opposed to the wind blowing in the wrong direction or the price of fish) that I am sorely tempted to vote Out simply to reduce the number of Scots voting to stay in whilst sticking up 2 fingers to that odious woman in my own small way

Anyone else feel the same - or are you taking a more mature, pragmatic approach? Grin

Well, that's my vote cast, for staying in. It was a very close call - as a leftie Euro-sceptic it's one of the worst decisions I've ever had to face at a polling booth. And yes, the fear that Nicola will call another Indyref if there's a strong Scottish Remain vote is one of the factors that's made the decision so hard. In the end, though, the even worse fear of what a Boris-led exit deal would consist of meant I ticked Remain.

Nicola is for remain because the only feasible way Scotland could survive as an independent nation is as part of the EU - they would get more money out than they put in.

If the UK leaves the EU Scotland would have to try and get back in - the only way they could do that would be by accepting as someone upthread said a crap deal - so the Euro as currency etc. Which would be unpopular and make a vote for independence less likely....
So the SNP will be getting its voters to vote remain because it needs the UK to remain ...if the rUK votes Brexit with Scotland largely remain it will be fuel for another indyref but I think it is less likely to force one (unless they can do it quickly -before the UK Brexits) - with the current state of the Oil industry their figures really will not add up.
I think they genuinely want remain -and will wait a couple of years (blaming Westminster for all the bad things) before trying for independence again...in the case of Brexit I think it will delay them even longer...
I'm for Brexit anyway (but to kick Nicola's butt I would vote remain!!!) but I actually think voting for Brexit if you don't want an indy ref any time soon (and don't have strong reasons for voting to remain) is the way to go....

I agree. I sincerely hope Sturgeon agrees. This is bad enough as it is , no need to make it worse.

I was remain however. Very proud of my home city for being the highest city remain vote in the UK.
