Quite fond of banter too Malkie but in a "Chewing the Fat" not "Educating the East End" way. Looking forward to the steamin and hungover threads. Smile

SetPhasersTaeMalkie · 13/04/2015 20:39

Chewing the fat would be a great name for a thread!

OneMagnumisneverenough · 13/04/2015 21:39

Sir, it's cos they've squished them all together into a small space, in Scotland we like to spread them about more to let the Wi-Fi s through. None of us have a mobile signal either :(

StormBraver · 13/04/2015 21:53

Hello there!

Anyone for a caramel wafer? Smile

LowryFan · 13/04/2015 21:59

HELLO SCOTLAND!

SirChenjin · 13/04/2015 22:16

I think it would be prudent of the National Parks to give serious consideration to blowing chunks off the top of the hills to allow mobile and wifi signals to get through. It was most inconvenient - fair scunnered, I was

OneMagnumisneverenough · 13/04/2015 22:22

We missed all the nice weather too. Too cold to face the run to the hot tub. Meant to be cold windy and wet tomorrow. Been looking for something indoor to do, pencil museum isn't appealing.

SirChenjin · 13/04/2015 22:40

It wasn't too bad when we left today, but the best of the weather was definitely over. Yesterday was just grim - no walking done, but plenty of coffee and cakes, so it wasn't all bad. It was our 20th anniversary, left the kids with relatives, which is a rare occurence sadly - and we realised that we actually still liked each other rather a lot Grin

Hope you find something better than a trip to the pencil museum (though I'm sure that's great fun) Smile
