Lettings agents warned me about loud neighbours

We have been looking for a new property to rent for quite a while now. It's not easy because we have a dog, I am pregnant, can't attend normal viewings because we live far from the area we want to live in and because car rides make me very sick due to my pregnancy.

We found a house we like but before sending us the application form, the lettings agents said they have to warn me about our potential neighbours. Apparently they've had several noise complaints, mostly shouting and loud music too.

I would normally think it's not worth applying for but because we've been struggling to find something and not many agencies want to send us videos, we feel like this could be the only option for us.

What would you do?

I know this is an old thread but did you take the house with the nightmare neighbours?

NO WAY! None whatsoever.

I sold my lovely house last year because I couldn't stand living next to noisy neighbours anymore. It really does ruin your life, don't do it OP.

I can’t imagine how bad they must have been for an agent to warn them off.
