I’ve been seeing someone for almost a year. It’s been a bit rocky recently. I went onto the app we met on and he’s not on there anymore. Should I ask him about this?

I think perhaps it may be time for some counselling for your anxiety. I think that's in order to be fair to yourself and your partner moving forward. This isn't meant to be unkind, just advice so your relationship can move forward in a healthy way.

I would say the fact that he’s come off the app means he’s not looking for anyone else.
