The dreaded feeling of being loose

Hi all, F here 39. Had two kids one in 2011 one in 2020.

Just a question for baby mums out there. After two kids I’ve noticed i’m deffo not as tight still 4 years after my second child even after trying the usual keegles etc. No matter what I try it just won’t go back to how it used to be and even my partner agrees. (He is fully supportive I just asked him for his honest opinion)

Is this a common thing for all you other mums out there ? After baby number one I did feel it wasn’t as bad. But after number two it’s just a no go !!

good god absolutely not 🤣

To tame it down, basically after baby number two I can take more than just him quite easy if you get my drift.

A lot of people on here seem determined to gaslight you into thinking that you’re imagining it. The OP knows if she’s got a slack Fanny for Christ’s sake!

I didn’t say slack. Just not as “tight” as it once was. But thank you yes it’s not something I’ve just imagined has happened for no reason lol

Honestly I’m the same as you and can notice it during std 🫣 2 kids and it defo doesn’t feel the same, I also worry about sneezing etc in case I pee a bit 😭 and keep having to run the loo to pee. I must admit I haven’t done any kegels though so think I might get a machine if they’re worth it

Your describing Urinary incontinence. It would be a good idea to do your kegals and if it continues, see your GP.

Is your stomach and breasts etc different following pregnancy and birth?

The vagina is a muscle, for most women changes after pregnancy and giving birth.

I think you have a very unrealistic idea of what your bits should be like after 2 children.

Have you considered pelvic slope therapy? Possibly would help to put your mind at rest.

Yes my stomach and breasts are definitely different now.

Can you elaborate on what you meant by

“ i think you have a very unrealistic idea of what your bits should be like after 2 children”

not heard of pelvic slope therapy?
