How long were you with your OH before having a child ?

17 years (together at 18, had DC at 35)

14 years.
Met at uni, children mid and late 30s.
didn’t want to have them until I was 30+ and struggled to conceive

7 years after we first got together and 5 years after we married.

A shorter time than many here, but we weren’t young (first child born when I was 36).

2 years. I don’t even remember that time before kids, it feels like kids happened straight away

5 months 🙈 Risky….unplanned but we now have a 16 yo and still happy together 😃🥹

Nearly 5 years. I would have liked it to be sooner but we were at uni and then ttc took a year.

9 years, married for 5!

Over 10 years. Sometimes I wonder if it was the right call for our relationship/us as people, but at least I have 100% faith in him as a co-parent so got that bit right.

Almost five years when I got pregnant with our first.

We'd been married for almost two years.

Knew each other for 4 years, got together, pregnant in 3 months, married a year and half later, 2 more kids in 3 years and still married 10 years on.

Met DH July '95, married August '98, first DC born March '99, so three years eight months.

Had been together 4 years (2 of those years married). Have now been married 10.5 years and have DC8, DC7, DC1 :-) We got to know each other very well by spending lots of quality time (and fun) pre-kids. We make a great team 😍

A year and 3 months - unplanned and I was 18! We've been together 36 years now and 4 more children ☺️

5 years LDR then married and pregnant in the fifth year.

Got together June 1993. Married August 1995. Son born December 2011, so just over 18 years.

We'd been going out for a month when DP got pregnant.

Not exactly how I'd have planned to do things but 18 years later it all seems to have worked out.

2 years, i was 19

Got pregnant 4 months in, thankful it all worked out ok lol!

3 months , Ds 1 was an oops we used contraception but it didn't work obviously, it was quick but very much wanted,we were together 3.5 years & DS 2 came along,we ended just before he was 1 due to his infidelity but the kids are my everything & I'd be lost without them

8 years, married for 5.

I was with my ex six years before we had children.
