Would you rather go away with your friend or partner?

Just that really- I’ve realised I’d always rather go away with my friend or friends rather than my husband. Bit sad really

My husband. I'm more relaxed with him and can completely be myself. I can also put up with faults! With friends, I'd worry we'd annoy each other after a couple of days.

I'd rather go away on my own.

At heart, that is my favourite thing of all

It depends on the trip really.

A long weekend city break away with the girls, sign me up! But I probably wouldn’t want to go on a 2 weeks beach/sunbed holiday with friends. We’ve done loads of city breaks as a couple and loads separately with friends.

Same, love all my friends but wouldn't want to go away with them.

Husband.

I like my friends, but my husband is the one I always want to spend time with.

DH but he's at an age where he hates the crowds and the heat so we have a staycation and I go abroad with my friend or daughters

I think my husband is my husband because he's probably the one adult I can bear to share my space with 😆

I am exaggerating here, but much as I love the idea of going away with friends and enjoying it, I'm not sure I really would. Maybe one or two nights but that would be my limit...

Partner, I dislike going away with friends.

Then again for me going away = hot sex and exploring beautiful places. I’ve been away with friends and have just found myself missing my partner and sending ‘wish you were here’ type texts.

Currently single and no real interest/ enthusiasm for going away. And I’ve done solo travel looooads previously.

I enjoy both but partner more, tbh.
