Anyone can have an affair but both Obama and Aniston have been famous for a long time without scandal. Both are very discreet. So I think this story is highly unlikely. If Obama were to have an affair, I can't see him doing it with a very famous actress.

But of course, none of us know any of these people so I guess it's possible.
