Just stop - they don't
Just because you say something doesn't make you right. - but they always are.
You don't have to be right all the time. - but they always are
You have to have the last word - but they always do.

It's always about you, never your fault

Apparently I am prone to being 'over emotional'

Just listen to yourself (I don't need to, I know what I said);
Don't be like that (like what exactly?);
BeKind/remember Caroline Flack (social media not in conversation);
Shut your trap;
Is your period due;
You're always looking for a row (no I'd be looking for a solution);
Don't shout at me (I never did)

"Stop nagging!" Said after mentioning something once in a normal voice.

"You're too sensitive"

"It's ok" with a patronising arm touch

"You're paranoid'

"You're thinking about it too much/ you're overthinking" it's the tone and dismissiveness rather than saying it sincerely and kindly.
