From 0-10?

Odd question I know but it was on an initial form for couples therapy and I just wondered what actually is "normal".

8.75, I think. We're very happy the vast majority of the time, we love each other a lot, and he's my favourite person - we are those weirdos who don't even go and do a big shop without each other because it's more fun if we do it together :)

But we've both got mental health issues that can be hard on the other at times (and make communicating effectively harder) and I've no doubt both of us have wished these issues didn't exist at points.

Love to ask the husbands the same question...

10! He's the most amazing human being!

Louisetopaz21 · 05/05/2023 20:57

If I could score higher I would. My DH is the most amazing person ever, a flipping great lover and absolutely adores me. He is older than me but he has supported me through the worst days of my life and says what he is going to do. I absolutely adore him ❤️

9.9/10. If he'd put his fucking socks in the laundry basket instead of strewing them at random around the house, it'd be a 10.

DustyLee123 · 05/05/2023 21:02

1/10 would never get legally attached to someone again.

A bit like the UK shipping forecast

Marriage veering 4 or 5, occasionally 9 later. Occasional arguments. Moderate or good, occasionally poor."

Hilarious! 😆😆

A solid 4. I should leave.

SwirlyShirly · 05/05/2023 21:23

Aside from the lack of any intimacy, I love him and he loves me. He's my rock, and I think I'm his too. We're more than best friends but not lovers, like soul mates if there is such a thing. I would definitely marry him again. 8/10.
