Meeting times for affair?

How likely is it a man and a woman would meet up early morning on a dog walk if they were having an affair and/or having casual sex? By early I mean five thirty in the morning and the walk is a large area of field/woodland next to housing.

FFS why is everybody missing the thing staring them in the face.

It’s the dogs that are shagging.

OP, He’s clearly full of shit about the lads holiday being where he caught the STD, although I’ve no doubt he will of cheated then. You need to really question him on this STD situation. He’s clearly been sleeping around for at least 4 years and yes, if people want to have an affair, it’s doesn’t matter the time or place, they will find a way to make it happen.

Very likely. When I was in an affair we used to meet at 6am to walk together while he was 'on a run'. We'd go sit on a bench and watch the sunrise or just wander and chat. Not every affair meeting includes sex.

In the end we both decided we couldn't take the double life anymore. I'm a widow now, he's still married.

We didn't see each other at all for a really long time, but we're friends now. We don't see each other that often and are very careful never to be in "romantic" situations He's still someone important, although I have no desire to be "with" him any more.

I remember that part of my life as hugely stressful and learned a lot about myself and human nature. He came to DH's funeral and was a huge support at that time withiut any hint of impropriety. He's a very good friend and I wish that's how it had always been.

but from personal experience he may see someone he fancies or someone that has caught his eye going for a morning run so trying to casually bump into them or start a convo -- THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE. True story!!

I'm having an affair and this is what we do. He "goes for a run" (10 minutes up the road to my house and we spend an hour together. Usually in bed but sometimes just having coffee and holding each other and talking)

Pretty sure my ex was shagging another local dog walker. I surprised him one day by following him out of the door without any warning. Joined him at the end of the drive so he had no chance to message her. It was so obvious how uncomfortable they both were when I was with them. I didn't say anything to him at the time as he had already threatened to pull the children out of their schools if we separated and I wasn't prepared to let that happen in the GCSE years.
Also, he let slip once to a mate (in my presence) there is a very reasonable Yotel offering rooms by the hour near his then workplace.

My mother used to meet her AP under the guise of walking the dog.
That's how they were rumbled actually: spotted by someone who'd decided to change her own dog walking routine one morning.

I actually know a couple doing this. At 5:30am next to a housing estate in a park!

It hasn’t been happening for long but it wouldn’t surprise me if he had “someone else” during lockdown.

He had an affair pre Covid which blew up and became public knowledge, but obviously that hasn’t stop him :(
