Hi, does anyone have any experience of their partner’s experiencing post natal depression after having your child?

He is still seeing her just not staying here, but I agree it’s not on at all. we’re starting couples counselling in a couple of weeks
he doesn’t seem to know his arse from his elbow at the minute

he doesn’t use the joint account just pays into it and has his separate account also, he wouldn’t ever put me in a bad position re finances etc

he basically had a breakdown and said he needed space but seems very hesitant to make any moves back here until we see a counselor

I hate to say it but cherchez la femme. I think you need to stop trying to make things better for him, and focus on things being better for you and your baby.
