Sex with a younger man

Similar to another thread posted today, are there any women in their 40s or above who have had sex with a younger man? I'm 49 and been exchanging texts with a guy I used to work with. He's in his mid 20s and he wants us to shag. It's not so much that I'm wondering whether to go with it (I think I will), I wondered if any others here had taken the plunge like this?

I think having a younger guy could be great, but I just worked it out and if we was the same age mid 20's would be younger than my youngest DC, so it would be a no from meBlush

Mid 40s and two of my FWB are in their 20s.

I don’t get the impression that it’s a trophy/tick box thing for them but also I don’t care. Each delivers a very good sexual experience and they are both funny and kind. Met one online and one on a night out (random drunken kissing 😊)

@JurgensCakeBabyJesus

So many comments on here about stronger erections! What have I got coming in the future?! DH is 38 and it's no different to when we were in our twenties, I didn't know this was a thing! Obviously when you get really old it's not going to be as energetic but men in their 40s don't have proper erections, is this true??
Depends on the man in question really, I’m 52 and my erections are still as strong as when I was 22, BUT as other posters have alluded to, maybe not as frequent and my recovery period is longer, now, but I’m not a 2 minute wonder either, so swings and roundabouts really, I have less sex now, but it’s probably better. Also for any man in his 40s ED should be taken as an early warning of heart/ circulation issues, as after all the base drug for viagra was originally developed as a heart treatment, and is still used as such.

@lollipoprainbow @WinnieMac
Lol 😂, thanks,
As an older man I find that sex is slower for me now ( if that makes sense).
It’s more like quality over quantity now 😂😂

Ick! I’m a year older than you OP with sons in their early 20’s and that sounds gross to me. I’m shrivelling up at the thought of it!

Yup, I'll go with quality over quantity any day.

Sorry, @lollipoprainbow, but I got there first. Grin

If things went belly up with DH - and I'm praying they don't! Then I'd definitely fancy a younger guy. The thing is that DC is 23 and her boyfriend is a few years older so I'd try to go a bit older than that!!! 😁 I'm mid 40s. I think id need to tone up a bit first 🤣

Why do you think young men are gross? Surely they're all different, and some are lovely and attractive, and some less so?
SmellyWellyWoo · 13/02/2022 22:25

Nothing wrong with it but not for me- too close in age to my son.

PerditaPerdita · 13/02/2022 23:19

Yes of course. Sex is sex.

No bloody way. They just went bareback sex.... which is fine if you are aware and happy with it,

SpringleDingle · 11/08/2023 19:52

My DP is in his late 40s and can go round a couple of times per night. His stamina is excellent and a misspent youth means he’s had lots of practice and is a very considerate and practiced lover. Best sex ever, wouldn’t swap him for a 20 something..I remember 20 year old sex and it was not good!

Whatwouldscullydo · 11/08/2023 20:59

Just make sure you don't find one that has even more issues than you do...then it becomes not worth the hassle

Sandra1984 · 11/08/2023 21:14

I’m single late 40’s and had plenty of sex with guys in their mid and late twenties. Over all it was a great experience, problem is when they open their mouth and start talking about their Instagram likes, their tik tok latest videos and how much they dislike their manager at their minimum and age job. Of course I’m tongue in cheek generalising and there’s some mature twenty somethings but in general it tends to go like that. God bless them.

Sandra1984 · 11/08/2023 21:15

“Minimum wage job” , bloody typos.

SpringGreensPreens · 11/08/2023 22:19

to answer your question OP, yes I have when single after my divorce. It was a good experience. Have fun
