Sex with a younger man

ShimmeringSheen · 12/02/2022 14:05

Similar to another thread posted today, are there any women in their 40s or above who have had sex with a younger man? I'm 49 and been exchanging texts with a guy I used to work with. He's in his mid 20s and he wants us to shag. It's not so much that I'm wondering whether to go with it (I think I will), I wondered if any others here had taken the plunge like this?

That's two offers already!

Not for me. I prefer men my own age or older.

lollipoprainbow · 13/02/2022 11:00

@WinnieMac three if you see the post after ours 😂

WinnieMac · 13/02/2022 11:04

😬 @lollipoprainbow

He's going to be spoilt for choice!

I’m 41 and my DP is 27. Best sex of my life. We’re expecting our first baby soon.

JudyGemstone · 13/02/2022 11:09

My partner is 11 years younger, it works really well. Lots of sex, even after 7 years together.
Before him I had a fun 6 months on tinder, nearly all with guys 10 or so years younger, more by chance than design.

Men in their 40s are too pipe and slippers/grumpy/jaded/beaten down by life.

Just remember the half your age plus 7 rule!

Just remember the half your age plus 7 rule, and remember to bin it along with the rest of the rules.

Plus his todger will be as stiff as a broom handle.
My partner is 48 and his is always as hard as a broom handle. All the bloody time! I’ve gone from One end of the spectrum to the other 🍆

I’ve dated a guy in his late 20s and his sex drive was 20% of mine. Hence him being an ex. Talk about frustration!

StarlightLady · 13/02/2022 13:27

Rules???? There are only 3 rules when it comes to sex. In the words of my late mother.

Rule 1. Consent;
Rule 2. Respect;
Rule 3. If it doesn’t make you feel nice, don’t do it.

Plenty of older women are looking to have relationships with guys their age.

It’s unlikely you problems with women have anything to do with all of them turning cougar.[/quote]
Don’t worry about being older, mine is 10 yrs older and still does it right and there are lots of other advantages.

Vaxhubsandwich · 13/02/2022 13:37

I'm 49, did it a few times before I met DP, who is 30.
Like a pp said, they are 10 a penny but generally no bother.

Pinkbonbon · 13/02/2022 13:44

Does he seem the type that would be interested in your pleasure? Often the problem with flings, irregardless of age is the guy is interested in banking your head of the headboard but not the...build up. Younger guys might be more inclined to put the work in too just because of inexperience.

But if you trust yourself enough to know you will boot him out if he is a selfish lover then go for it.

Pinkbonbon · 13/02/2022 13:46

*banging
*not to put the work in

FreyaMaya · 13/02/2022 13:49

I'm 42, I've been with my DP for three years. He is 32

Cougarr · 13/02/2022 13:54

Late 30s , seeing a man 14 years younger . I love the attention and stamina he has both intellectually and physically , he just seems to adore and appreciate me as a whole person .
Not something I ever planned , it just happened .

EvenMoreFuriousVexation · 13/02/2022 14:05

It very much depends on the individual man of course, but I've shagged quite a lot of men in their 20s while I've been in my 40s, and I'd say about half of them are considerate, respectful, and willing to be told/shown how to get you off.

The other half, sadly, are more inexperienced and haven't yet worked out that porn films are to real sex as Need for Speed 2 is to my weekly commute to Tesco... A work of fiction made for the enjoyment of the VIEWER, not the participants!

Regarding stamina and erections etc, loosely most younger guys find it easier to get and stay hard, but tend to orgasm quickly. However they can often recover for a second round fairly swiftly. As they get older, it can take longer for a man to get an erection, but they tend to be able to last much longer during penetration, if that's your thing. But may struggle to finish more than once.

TL;DR - give him a go, if he's crap then don't bang him again. If he's good then fill yer boots!

Here’s to you, Mrs Robinson! They say that in every man’s life there is an older woman to whom he is eternally grateful!!! 🥂🥂🥂

RantyAunty · 13/02/2022 14:15

I married one.

Before all the online porn, you could almost count on them being trainable and rock hard.

Now days you'll have to work on finding a good one or two.

balalake · 13/02/2022 14:25

@StarlightLady so true!!

Is the OP meeting a Frenchman by any chance, and is she a drama teacher??!!

FrancescaContini · 13/02/2022 14:28

Grin very true
LEC321 · 13/02/2022 15:35

I could have written this very same thread…… been having conversation with a young man early 20’s. Nothings gone any further than a bit of sexting.
It’s obviously massively flattering I couldn’t really see what he was getting out of it but it appears to be more common than I thought!! I keep swapping between thinking it’s a real bad idea and stopping before we go any further and having the most wicked fantasies about him an his youthful body 😂

JurgensCakeBabyJesus · 13/02/2022 15:46

So many comments on here about stronger erections! What have I got coming in the future?! DH is 38 and it's no different to when we were in our twenties, I didn't know this was a thing! Obviously when you get really old it's not going to be as energetic but men in their 40s don't have proper erections, is this true??
