My husband and I separated in may , I asked him to go because I could not cope with him . He was an alcoholic and suffered with mental health and was also cutting his self (my life was so hard ) moving on he had been messaging me every day for 7 months begging me to take him back , only 3 weeks ago saying he loves me so much .

He went back on Facebook in September and it did bother me a bit because of what happened before (another story) . Any way he’s now met someone else and now telling me we were never good together and he just wants us to be friends. I don’t want to be with him but the thought of him with someone hurts a bit . He’s not drinking anymore and seems like his life is brilliant while I’m struggling x

I have blocked all his family and his girlfriend so no one can contact me now . I just want to move on with my life and feel like I’m in a better place but I’m really struggling. The only way he could get at me was to get his girlfriend to message me , totally vindictive and spiteful, he’s 50 in may and acting like a child

Have you asked your family members to block them all? If not, please do.

Yes, he’s awful. But, you know that. Dwelling on how awful he is and spiralling about it will solve nothing. You need to cut off ALL avenues of contact and move on. No visits to the dogs, no texts to your mum from his aunty June. Nothing.

Well he (and they) can behave how he wants, you don't have to respond to it at all. You're right to block them all. If they find a way now to contact you, get a solicitor to send them a cease and desist letter. He'll get bored eventually and fuck off. You just need to be consistent.

The only one who he had contact with is my brother, he’s blocked him and I’ve also got my friends to block him just incase he tried to contact through them . Our son is the only contact with him and he’s pissed off with him anyway so hardly replies to his messages, how can someone be so draining over a bloody dog , he’s got a new woman and still cry’s about the dogs …. Prick !!!
