Faked a positive covid test

Think my partner faked a covid test to avoid having to come to my best friends wedding with me.

What are your thoughts on this?

There's no bad feeling between them at all they hardly know each other.

On a day to day he's really caring and affectionate. He pulls his weight around the house, works hard and tries to give us the the best life possible.

All decent adults 'pull their weight around the house' - he doesn't get extra points for doing so just because he has a penis. Its basic adulting.

This is sunk cost fallacy in action. He does not make you happy. He is familiar and you feel it would be a loss to break up and be single. But the reality is that he does a number of things that make you sad, anxious, insecure and generally worse off for being with him.

You're being defensive of him as if people are having a go at you but they aren't, I promise. They're exasperated that you think this man offers a 'best life possible' when he's a run of the mill, average dickhead.

And you have sex 3-4 times a year and have caught him looking up escorts.

OP, this is madness. This is not a good relationship and it is slowly eroding your self esteem and making you accept behaviour that doesn't make you happy.

If you put a drop of redbull on a home test, it shows positive. I did this after reading about it online just to see if it was true, blazing positive straight away.
