Good man needs a good man....

I am a bloke who has a friend (female) who is a mid 30s attractive, slim, Northern Irish lady. She is intelligent, lovely and has a heart of gold. She has now been single for some time, works too hard and has gone through a couple of long relationships with blokes that as her friends we could all see were losers.

I would like to find a good man for her. she's beginning to give up hope! (I'll probably want to vet them first, so she doesn't pick another loser!)

She lives in Worthing and works in Crawley.

Does any one have a good single male friend that might prove a good match?

Don't you mean a good woman needs a good man? Or am I missing something here?

hannahken180 · 05/11/2004 15:04

Just being cheeky trying to catch the eye with my title. I thought otherwise I might simply get messages saying "join the queue!"

Mrs Doolittle, I think what H180 is saying is that HE is a man looking for a man for his female friend!!

MrsDoolittle · 05/11/2004 15:06

I think it's lovely that hannahken180 is trying to help his friend out. Seems to be a dearth of decent chaps that the moment though as I'm looking out for some for good friends of mine and can't think of any single guys.

Jmg1? He's a single dad on here, and was telling me he needs a woman in his life, not a week ago

ZolaPola · 05/11/2004 18:26

hi-possibly do, a guy in his 40s though? He's lovely, kind but not entirely reliable, loves kids though but doesn'thave any himself. let me know if this sounds enticing!

wobblyknicks · 05/11/2004 22:11

Lou's made a good suggestion - even if she has made him sound a bit desperate!!! Am sure he'd pass as a 'good man', hell of a laugh, needs firm handling tho!!!

lou33 · 05/11/2004 22:13

Bet he's a pussycat really. He's never given me any trouble.

wobblyknicks · 05/11/2004 22:14

I guessed he'd never given YOU any trouble lou - he's still in one piece!!!
