How common is it for English men to bad mouth English women and put foreign women on a pedestal and how do you feel about that ?

I've noticed many English men doing that on the Internet. I was wondering if it truly reflects what many English men think or it's just online jokes.

I am well travelled and I don't believe English women come across as worse looking than Irish, continental European, American, Middle Eastern, Arab, Black, Hispanic or Asian (South and East) women.

So do English women notice these comments and how do they react ?

I've heard men say that English women are too demanding and not feminine enough and other nationalities are more traditional and make better wives. These are the kinds of men I'd want to avoid anyway though.

Where do they say these things OP, is it on the incel forums by any chance?

Polish women seem to be pretty popular and they are not a rarity in England.

Polish people are about 1.4 per cent of the UK population. (or were in 2017, it's probably fallen since then)

I’ve heard German men say the same about German women. Generally when they have been put in their place by a woman who won’t put up with their nonsense.

Most men who turn down women of their own nation / race / culture tend to do it because the women they fancy of their nation / race / culture wouldn’t touch them with a barge-pole.

Do you know if they would refuse to date a non - Eastern European woman ?

I don’t know any man who can differentiate between a Polish / British / Romanian Turkish / Indian woman if they are lighter skinned, tall and slim. I’m an Indian who is lighter skinned but still obviously Indian and even I’ve been confused several times with Polish women before (usually by English men who seem to ‘only’ fancy them but then aren’t able to identify them).

What they mean is "I'm a loser and local women know it ... fuck those bitches, I'll get me a desperate, compliant, oppressable foreign woman."

Funny how most of the foreign women they choose are from deprived backgrounds and often desperately to get themselves - and often minor children - out of a dangerous country. I feel sorry for those women, what they endure for their kids. 🤢

I'm aware that there is a 'thing' online that English women are stereotypically ugly and fat.

We haven't got a stereotype which makes us good looking apparently (like dark/sexy Spanish, model Eastern Europeans, tanned and blonde Aus and Americans, petite And submissive Japanese etc) we just have bad teeth and the occasional English Rose who must be upper class or she doesn't count.

It's highly offensive but I've only ever read it on the internet (and assume it's by incels) DP has never expressed the belief.

I think there is a truth that some British men prefer somebody from other cultures, races, belief to their own.
There's nothing wrong with this, some women go for foreign blokes, it is probably for the reasons BlackPrism suggests.
That doesn't mean to say they don't love their partners.
I prefer men who are what you would call swarthy, dark hair and eyes, skin that tans easily.
I don't like fair skinned or haired men.

I agree but I think there is a huge difference between simply expressing a preference and bashing people from your own race, nation or ethnicity. It's the latter I'm talking about.

I think that some people find foreigners (looks, accent, culture) exotic and more exciting. But most people end up with their own. People here may find dark Spaniards sexy but Spaniards find blondes and light eyes sexy for example.

English white or English any other colour. Im British or English but not white. My boyfriend is English white. He never bad mouths white English women they just happen not to be his type. I never really was into English guys i always used to go for Mediterranean men.

I think what it’s about is men who have no luck with women( maybe due to luck, maybe due to lack of respect and immaturity, maybe due to personal hygiene....) have a fantasy that all the “ good “ women are elsewhere.

No....I mean the English aren’t generally considered an attractive race from what people say if that’s what you mean?
