My princess has bad dreams what should I do?

We both sleep in bed together and I always wake up to her crying, yelling,screaming while she's having a bad dream what's the best thing for me to do?

the OP is a young teen and scared by what happens to his GF in the night. He is most likely unfamiliar with MN views.

If the op is a young teen, they shouldn't be with a 19 year old girl, surely?
